1. No Tracking

We do not track you. We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies to monitor your behavior across the web. Your activity in this application remains private.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

The only data we collect and process is used to make our authentication and login functions work and to keep a record of your decisions on purchase conditions (see section 6). We use secure open-source protocols to establish and maintain your active login session.

3. Data We Use

When you sign in using an external provider, such as Google, GitHub or Microsoft, we store only the profile information necessary to securely verify your identity:

  • Your unique provider account identifier.
  • Your verified email address.
  • Basic account metadata needed to manage your secure session.

4. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell, trade, rent, or monetize your authentication data. Your session tokens are securely stored in your browser solely to keep you logged in. They can be fully removed by logging out of the application.

5. Cookies

We only use first-party cookies that are necessary for the site to work or that remember your choices. We use no analytics or marketing cookies, so no cookie banner is shown.

6. Record of purchase conditions

When you accept or decline our vehicle purchase conditions, acknowledge them as an organization member, or decide as an owner on behalf of an organization, we store an evidence record. It is kept for as long as needed to document the agreement and cannot be edited afterwards. We store:

  • Your account ID and, for an owner's decision on behalf of an organization, the organization ID.
  • The version of the conditions and a checksum (hash) of the exact text.
  • The decision, time, and language you were shown.
  • Your IP address and your browser’s user agent as supporting evidence.

Our basis is our legitimate interest in being able to document agreements. You can contact us to see the records we hold about you.
